ZIMMER MIT AUSSICHT

Villa Seehalde is able to combine different models of living, including the multigeneration house. Wether single, couple, freelancer, small family, single parent or retired grandmother - everybody is part of big community, the members of which support each other. Three units develop over the four levels, each of which expands over two mezzanines. A kitchen is located in the center of each apartment; the living space is situated on the gallery above - a kind of piazza from where the private rooms can be reached. The areas can be seperated such that temporarily otonomous functional units arise. The highlight is a big community room under the roof that is available for all the inhabitants. In principle a topsy-turvy house with an unobstructed panoramic view.
